Good Money Club

Where female founders make money & impact

Female founders are not earning enough for our efforts.

We’ve been told our whole lives that asking for money is greedy, that talking about money is impolite, and that we can only make more money by working harder. None of this is true. When we feel good about money, when we leverage our value rather than our labour, we make more money.

When money feels safe we make more.

I’ve been working with female small business owners for 24 years, and there’s something I know for sure. When women feel safe, they grow. They grow their businesses, bank accounts and impact.

Female business owners are more courageous when they are supported and surrounded by female founders. They make bigger, bolder decisions when they have women beside them.

And, when money feels fun and easy, female businesses are more profitable.

When shame and judgment is gone, women can make and manage large amounts of money.

I’ve been listening to female business owners talk about their money frustrations and stressors for decades, and taken on board their incredible insights. And I’m doing something about it.

  • I’ve created a space for money to be fun and wholesome,

  • A place for women to upgrade their money psychology and financial literacy,

  • It’s education, motivation and conversations like you’ve never had before,

  • Money can be easy and fun, when we do it together.

Good Money Club is a digital space where you’ll get comfortable asking for, spending and making money. It’s education, coaching, conversations and community.

In the Good Money Club, You won’t just learn about your numbers, you’ll make more money.

Winging it and learning as you go can be a great way of approaching small business. But money and finance isn’t an area of business where winging it works well. You see, we’re often unaware of our own money stories and how much they affect our businesses. Making and managing your money are definitely things you can learn, but it’s so much easier being shown how by an expert.

When you join the Good Money Club you will:

  • Increase your financial literacy,

  • Upgrade your money psychology,

  • Learn to manage your money,

  • Increase your prices and value,

  • Increase your take home pay and profit,

  • Make bolder money moves you’re proud of,

  • Make, spend and keep more money,

  • Build your profit bank account and cash reserves,

  • Create a bigger impact on yourself and your community.

Do you want to feel…

  • Safe and comfortable with money?

  • Brave and courageous with money?

  • In control and informed with your money?

  • Generous with your money and wisdom?

The Good Money Club is what you need, and you are invited.

Good Money is for you if…

  • You are a female+ solo or small business owner with a team,

  • You are purpose or impact led and want to make money too,

  • You want to grow your business, your revenue, and your profit,

  • You want to get comfortable with money and open to coaching.

We want passionate, generous female founders like you in this Club.

When women feel safe, they grow. We build safety with money by taking small, safe steps that grow our capacity.

What we know about women and money

  • We don't trust our decisions

So many of the women we’ve worked with are intelligent, talented, driven and purpose led. They have incredible businesses, products and services. But they don’t trust themselves to make wise money decisions.

It’s no wonder. The accounting and finance profession has done a terrible job of increasing our financial literacy or money confidence. It’s so much easier to back yourself when you have that foundational financial knowledge in your tool kit.

  • We play small with money

Female founders are not making enough money. We are undercharging and underpaying ourselves and letting our fear get in the way of making money moves. This kneecaps our income and impact.

Women do things differently to men. We do best when we are together, supporting each other and lifting each other up. Nightclub bathroom, anyone? When we have women cheering us on we can make and manage large amounts of money well.

  • Money feels stressful and hard

So many female founders tell me that they find money incredibly stressful and hard. They’re good at so many parts of their business but money feels like a nut they can’t crack. Out of reach and unsafe.

This comes from a lifetime of socialisation that women are bad at money (we’re not). You might think you’re bad at maths or that it’s hard to make money (not true). It’s incredible how business can shift when money is allowed to be fun and easy.

Did those insights ring true for you? You’re in the right place. Generous, impact led female founders are our people.

How we roll at Good Money Club

Financial and business education is where we start, money psychology is how we grow, and collective bravery is how we make money.

We want to help you move beyond financial education to financial action. We don’t make money by knowing, we make money by doing.

In Good Money Club we support each other to make smart, brave money decisions that grow our businesses, our money and our impact.

We build comfort and safety with money by trying new things and growing our bravery as we build capacity. Together.

You’ll be amazed at how good it feels to make money while supported by Fi and a group of savvy, generous, good women.

Together we can achieve anything, starting with growing our bank accounts, then using our money and influence to change the world.

Women are braver when they’re together. In this club we encourage each other to make wise, bold money moves.

Feeling awkward about money is not helping us reach our potential

Fi being awkward ☝🏼

Talking about money is how to get comfortable making it, asking for it and spending it. Making bank, in other words.

I think it’s time we started seeing money for what it is: a tool to create the world we want to live in.

In the Good Money Club, we make money feel wholesome and good. This is a very special space (with a spot for you in it) where we get money out of the shadows and into the light.

The best thing about business ownership is its ability to create, mold and influence the world we want to live in. We need money making and money management skills, to survive in small business.

I want your business and money to be flourishing, so you can keep in businessing, and reach your earning and impact making potential.

I already believe in you. And you are invited to this club.

Business ownership doesn’t have to feel lonely. There are some excellent women in this community just waiting to meet you. Hi!

What other female founders say about our group programs:

Empowering

I'm ready.

I'm Financially Literate.

My whole business has changed.

My revenue has tripled.

I paid for a trip to India with my profit.

I went on a health retreat paid by my business.

I always pay my BAS on time now, and it feels good.

My approach to money is different.

I've doubled my prices and no one batted an eyelid.

Money stress is gone.

Now I pay myself a great wage.

“If you are tired of the stress, anxiety and loathing that comes from managing the finances of your small business. This is the remedy.

I arrived to this program with so much shame and was met with so much acceptance. I never felt judged. Without wanting to sound hyperbolic, this course has truly changed my life. The insights, strategies, tools, thought provocation and results has been the best investment I have made in myself and in my business. I was feeling completely anxiety ridden, laced with a huge amount of embarrassment for the state of my businesses money and finance situation. I now feel a genuine sense of control and optimism which has taken such enormous pressure off. In summary, I feel relief.

Our Guiding Principles

  • Money Safety

When women feel safe, they grow. They grow their businesses, money and impact.

  • Money Bravery

Female founders make bolder decisions when supported & surrounded by women.

  • Money Fun

When money is fun and easy, female businesses make and manage money well.

Cat Townsend, of The Good Alliance

“I doubled our revenue AND halved my workload.

I've worked with quite a few coaches over my years in business, but I can honestly say that Fiona has had the most profound impact in the shortest amount of time. In one session she identified changes in my business that doubled our revenue AND halved my workload. But to focus only on the results, wouldn't tell the whole story. Without the compassion and genuine interest that Fiona showed in my business, I would never have found the courage or determination to make the changes required. Working with Fiona has been the best investment I've made in my business.”

  • The minimum commitment is 6 months. This much time allows us to work through the knowledge you need, and also for Fi to be by your side while you implement your learnings. Once you’ve spent 6 months in th eclub you can stay on as an alumnimemer as long as you like with a reduced monthly fee.

  • You sure can. I’ve created the Good Money Club Challenge for you to come and experience what the club will be like. It happens on 27, 28 and 29 Feb and is $220. You’ll get the whole amount credited to your Good Money Club fees if you decide to join. It’s a no brainer.
