I think it’s a good idea to get on the same page right from the start

Terms and conditions

Financial Agreement: You are engaging me for a one-on-one program, which is a minimum fee of $7,500 + GST for the 6 month program and $8,100 + GST for the 9 month program, and includes 12 x 90 min sessions. Payment will be taken monthly from your debit or credit card via my online booking system.

Time Frame: Your retainer period is either 6 months or 9 months from the date of our first session, and the sessions can be utilised within your 6 month or 9 month program as you see fit. My calendar does get quite full so you may need some flexibility with your session times.

Payments: Payments are non-refundable and transferable to another service. If you want to transfer your credit to a different service, please email fiona@peachbm.com.au at least 7 days prior to work being started or a booked session to receive a credit for that payment.

Bookings: You must book all of your sessions with me at the start of the retainer period using my online booking system. This is to help me plan my workload and so that both of us are prepared for each session. You can add your bookings to your calendar and you’ll be reminded via email 1 week and 49 hours before each of your sessions.

Rescheduling: You are welcome to reschedule your sessions with me as many times as you need to, using my online booking system. Sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 hours beforehand. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your session there will be a $250 + GST re-booking fee payable by invoice. Your session will be forfeited if you don’t attend.

Scope: We can discuss anything related to your business including your finances, GST and payroll, staff, marketing, business strategy, business software, and more. I am a BAS agent, but not a Tax Agent, and will not be able to give taxation advice.

Contract Cancellation: If you decide you do not wish to continue working with me, you will need to give one month’s notice and payments will be due in that period. I hope that our working relationship will be strong enough that this will not occur, and I encourage you to let me know if you’re unsure or dissatisfied about anything related to working with me.

Sharing Files: We will share all of the documents, templates, and notes that I create using Google Drive in a shared folder that you and I have full access to. If you prefer to use Dropbox please let me know and we’ll make that work for you.

Tools and Systems: Booking sessions with me, as well as your card payments (if you choose to pay by card), will be handled in my online booking system, Acuity. If you decide to go ahead with this program, all of the details will be emailed to you and you’ll be able to manage your subscription there. Invoices will be emailed via my bookkeeping system and may come a few days after the payment is taken.

Expectations

Confidentiality: Everything you tell me will be treated with confidentiality. I will not share any of the information you share with me without your express permission. You are welcome to share any of the work that we do together with anyone you choose. You do not have permission to share the tools or education that I share with you without my express permission.

Honesty and Vulnerability: It takes vulnerability to work with me and I applaud your courage. Our working relationship will flourish if you are honest & transparent with me, and I will be honest & transparent with you. Sometimes I might say things you don't agree with or like hearing. Please trust that everything I say and do will be intended for your best interests, and with your business and your personal health in mind. I'm also a human being who makes errors sometimes.

Work Hours: My work hours are 10 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. 1:1 sessions can be booked Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 10:30am, 12:30pm or 2:30pm.

Emails and questions between sessions: You are welcome to email me between sessions, and if these start to build up then we may need to discuss them in your next session or book an extra session. Because I spend at least 3 full days of the week with clients, my response time for emails is generally around one week. If you need to ask a time-sensitive question, you can book an extra session with me via my online booking system.

Phone Calls: I’m unable to answer unscheduled phone calls for the same reason: my week is scheduled with client sessions. If this is likely to be an issue for you, we can book regularly scheduled phone calls to have all of your questions answered.

My Style: I am a gentle person who is very encouraging and supportive. I am extremely empathetic and will do my best to make you feel heard and seen, and give you the space you need to unravel your thoughts. There will be homework set for you between sessions, and it is your responsibility to complete this. I see my role as someone who will guide and encourage you, rather than as someone who will push and force you, so please take this into account when considering working with me.

Notes and Worksheets: After each session, the Zoom recording will be uploaded to our shared Google Drive folder promptly. The work that we do together will be available to you immediately via the same folder as we will be working on your business collaboratively.
